Can you help support the vulnerable by helping with a new project?

A self help project to provide an income for vulnerable women and their families in Turkey, has asked us to partner with them to sell the beautiful, high quality, hand made greetings cards they produce which feature exquisite, finely crochetted detail, a traditional Turkish craft. We have a selection of these to sell and are looking for a team of volunteers to get involved.

We need people who can offer a few hours of their time in any of the following ways:

• using creative skills to mount an attractive display;
  
• using your contacts in the business community anywhere who might be willing to offer cards for sale;
  
• using your financial expertise to ensure the book keeping is accurate and legal!
  
• those willing to staff a stall on occasional Sundays or weekdays in cafe (not daily);
  
• foot soldiers willing to visit a couple of outlets, such as the Ancient High House, Shugborough etc, to see whether they would be able to sell the cards.
