Wanted: Creche helpers

Do you enjoy being with young children and babies? Are you responsible and trustworthy?

We are trying to recruit more volunteers to help out with our lovely babies and young children who attend Crèche (age 0 - 21/2) and Sparklers (age 21/2 – 4). You do not have to be a parent of a baby or young child to help out – in fact, Grandparents would be most welcome! The new rota will start in January 09. This is by no means a weekly commitment, until I sort out the numbers it’s a little difficult to be accurate, but at present volunteers are on once every 5-6 weeks. Sparklers will be started up again as a separate group as from January – maybe you would like to work with children once you can understand what they are saying?!

EACH WEEK THERE WILL BE A TEAM LEADER ON DUTY IN BOTH CRECHE AND SPARKLERS

Leaders in Crèche are: NICKI CRAWFORD, EMMA THOMPSON, BARBARA PILBOROUGH + possibly 1 other. Volunteers must be aged 16 +

Leaders in Sparklers are MARION BELCHER and SUE PENGUILLY. Volunteers must be aged 14+

Recordings of the message in the main celebration are available online or on CD so you don't have to miss any of the teaching.
